Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Marlborough, MA to bring on Production/Machine Operators on 1st shift! These are temp or temp to hire positions.

Hours:

Monday and Friday: 3:00am – 3:00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 4:30am – 3:00pm


Pay:

$18.50/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

  • Report any machinery issues to management.

  • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

  • Follow all written and verbal instructions.

  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred.

  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work on different shifts preferred.

  • Must be available for weekends/occasional overtime.

  • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines.

  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.

  • Able to operate large industrial machinery.

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
