Responsibilities

We are seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to become a member of our team. This RN will collaborate with other medical professionals to provide care for patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures. They will also administer oral and intravenous medications, assist in managing patients under sedation, and set up the procedure area and make sure all necessary equipment is available.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. ARRT-R and license as required by State, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) OR Registered Electrophysiology Specialist required.

2. Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab; preferred.

3. Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

4. BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.

5. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.

6. Proficient computer skills.
