Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist for our Las Vegas, Nevada office to handle front desk responsibilities, as well as certain assigned administrative tasks. This individual will be expected to provide a professional and positive first impression while greeting, assisting, and providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the Firm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each individual’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
  • Professionally answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff and attorneys.
  • Update and edit various firm-wide documents.
  • Manage and prioritize administrative and clerical tasks.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent and professional verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Advanced understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with reception at a law firm is a preferred.
