LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stamping, tool and die, and fixture design. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop stamping processes, tools, dies, and fixtures to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new and existing manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to stamping, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including CAD drawings, process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and support production staff on the use of new tools, dies, and fixtures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in stamping, tool and die, and fixture design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
