Staff Accountant for International Law Firm in New York City

Our client is a prominent, global law firm located in Midtown, New York and they seek a Staff Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities of a Staff Accountant:

• High volume of bank account reconciliations
• Reporting & data analysis via excel
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet analysis, bank reconciliations as well as intercompany accounting
• Assist with monthly financial and operation reporting results to present to the Accounting Manager

Qualifications of a Staff Accountant:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with an Accounting General Ledger such as Aderant is a plus, Advanced Excel Skills
• Ability to have strong communication and analytical skills
