Job Description:
The Schreiber Digital Labs Intern will work as part of a product team to develop software applications and learn all facets of the application development process. This internship is located in Green Bay, WI, and is year-round, working full-time hours during the summer and part-time hours (15-20 hours/week) during the school year.
This internship offers a flexible hybrid work schedule located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 1-2 days onsite at Home Office and the remainder from home.

What you'll do:
Development Participate in the development of a variety of applications. Design, review, code, test, and install. Learn to use and understand software development utilizing a wide range of technologies and methodologies. Work with internal and external customers to provide support for production systems. Research problems, define changes, prepare, test, and install changes. Help technical leaders with software development tasks. Participate in the requirements analysis, design, and implementation of applications. Develop an understanding of business and technical requirements within a project or product team. Participate in project meetings, daily standups, and sprint planning meetings. Review technical design specifications with senior team members. Prepare and conduct unit, integration, and system testing. Work with business partners on the final acceptance testing. Continue Personal Growth
Provide for and participate in educational, personal growth, and cross-training opportunities. Learn various technologies (i.e. React - Material UI, PL/SQL, Oracle JET, Oracle REST data services, Python Fast API, Postgres DB, AWS, etc.). Learn to work and participate in agile-based product teams, partnering closely with business analysts. Gain an understanding of the various roles in the application development area (analysis, design, project management, agile teams). Learn different facets of the business and how to work on cross-functional teams/projects. What you need to succeed:
Enrolled in a bachelor degree program in the following fields of study: Computer Science, MIS, or Business preferred. A minimum of 3 semesters remaining in school (May 2026 Grads or Later). 3.0 GPA Minimum. Exposure to project-specific programming languages, ideally React and Python. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in teams. Ability to learn quickly. Good problem-solving skills. Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions. Internship benefits:
