Our client is a digital transformation company, comprised of 500 dedicated professionals, is on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will support our CEO, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Vice President of Engineering, playing a crucial part in facilitating their daily operations and ensuring smooth interdepartmental collaboration.

Note: While this position is remote, candidate’s must be located in the surrounding DFW area.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for the CEO, CRO, and VP of Engineering, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and team-building activities that promote collaboration and engagement.
  • Handle expense management by reviewing and processing expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and prepare follow-up materials to ensure thorough communication of action items.
  • Support project management initiatives across departments, assisting in planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records, facilitating easy access to information for stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and external partners, embodying a collaborative and proactive approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles within a corporate office setting.
  • Bachelors degree in Administration, communication OR marketing (similar)
  • Expertise in MS Outlook is a must for effective calendar management and communication.
  • Familiarity with project management and CRM software like Monday.com, Zoho, and HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective note-taking capabilities.
