Job Summary

The Business Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on business data to drive decision-making.

This role involves defining KPIs, creating dashboards, generating insights, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and statistical analysis is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report on business data to support strategic decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of client products and processes.
• Generate monthly client performance reports and insights.
• Define KPIs and create reports using large data sets.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time data visualization.
• Design predictive models and maintain data frameworks.
• Support process improvement initiatives across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
• Expertise in Excel and statistical analysis.
• Industry experience in Credit Card, Finance, or Insurance is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
