Mercy Housing is hiring: Janitor - 3552 Whittier in Los Angeles

The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule.

3552 Whittier is a 64-unit affordable property with permanent homes and on-site supportive services for Los Angeles area residents who have exited homelessness in Los Angeles, CA.

Pay: $20.00/hour

Duties:

* Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal.

* Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis.

* Vacuums hallways on a daily basis.

* Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Two (2) years experience.
