Position Overview:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company's executives. You will act as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications, managing calendars, arranging travel plans, and assisting with various tasks and projects as needed. The perfect candidate for this position is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and coordinating the executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
• Arranging and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Acting as a first point of contact for all communication, both internally and externally, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records.
• Conducting research and providing information to executives as required.
• Monitoring and responding to emails, maintaining the executives' email inbox, and flagging urgent or important messages.
• Coordinating and planning special events, such as company meetings and team-building activities.
• Managing expenses and processing reimbursements for the executives.
• Other administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Working Conditions:
This role will primarily be in an office setting, with occasional remote work opportunities. You may be required to work outside of normal business hours to accommodate the executives' schedules and attend special events.

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K
