We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment team and ensure an efficient and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with candidates and hiring teams, and assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding for our office located in Greenville, SC

Pay Rate: $45,000 Per year

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Job Postings: Posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms through ATS for all US locations
  • Auditing Job Posts: Periodically reviewing job posts and closing those that are 30+ days old
  • Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, tracking candidate information and interview results.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Employer Branding: Help with planning and executing employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, online recruitment events, and employee referral programs.
  • Training: Experience with and comfortable with large group training sessions performing step-by step directions on utilizing ATS system

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR administration role preferred
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). UKG experience strongly desired
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Previous experience in a corporate recruiting environment or HR Administrative role
