Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Facilities Manager:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize facility and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, 14000, 45000, and 51000 standards.
• Lead and develop a team of 150+ employees, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and excellence.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams to meet operational goals and timelines.
• Implement energy efficiency and sustainability programs to reduce costs and improve environmental compliance.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Facilities Manager:

• Employment type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 40-hrs. per week
• Salary/Pay: $110K-$125K
• Location: On-site in Arlington, TX (76010)
