Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including applicant tracking systems, online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and cold calling.
- Candidate Screening & Selection: Thoroughly review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct effective screening calls and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's positive employer brand throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Agent Referral Program: Manage and execute the company's agent referral program effectively.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements to recruitment, interviewing, training, and selection processes.
- Candidate Experience: Provide clear and concise information to candidates throughout the recruitment process, enabling them to make informed decisions about joining our team.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment goals and objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as application volume, conversion rates, interview schedules, and candidate satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Product & Program Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance products and programs.
Requirements
- Proactively contact applicants to our various job posts.
- Communicating with other potential future agency owners
- Establish candidate relationships and follow up with candidates, as needed
- Understand candidate needs and identifying where our opportunity fits
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential candidates
- Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our opportunities
- Staying informed about competing industry opportunities
- Ability to win over highly sought after candidates
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
