Position: Forklift Operator
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM (or until finish)
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hr Get paid weekly!

About the Role:
As an Outbound Forklift Operator, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the efficient replenishment of selection slots and maintaining our inventory’s quality. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish and Rotate: Efficiently replenish selection slots and manage FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure product freshness.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean and sanitized to promote a safe working environment.
- Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 6 months in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- 6 months of experience operating stand-up forklifts or riding pallet jacks is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of fresh produce and RF scanners is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 75 lbs and perform tasks requiring endurance and strength.
