Internship

Overview: The Human Resources Intern will contribute to a fast-paced growing team in the Human Resources department and will perform tasks independently while working closely with individual team members to ensure that objectives are met.

From day one, you will be an integral part of the team. Internships are 12 weeks long, and we pride ourselves on having one of the most diverse internship programs in the industry. Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Operations team with projects.
  • Assist with onboarding activities.
  • Research and gather information on Affirmative Action and documentation.
  • Assist with Internship recruiting and programs.
  • Assist recruitment team as needed.

Requirements:
  • Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in Human Resources, or related degree.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and computer skills are mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Prior internship and/or related engineering or HR experience are a plus.
