Seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our practice in Champaign, Illinois. * 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday * Patient Centered Medical Home Model * Family Medicine is housed in a large multi-specialty center which includes Adult Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Dermatology * Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients * Call is 1:7 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line * Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students * Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care * Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation The Community: Globally connected, innovative and culturally rich, Champaign-Urbana is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis and is home to one of the world's great public research universities - the Big Ten University of Illinois.
