Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's largest maker of advanced computer chips is currently expanding a new factory in North Phoenix. This massive operation is a landmark investment that will expand Arizona's economy for years.

We are currently seeking a wide range of candidates. Beginning with individuals looking to get into the low voltage field, as well as experienced cable technicians, and all the way to superintendents. Based in the Phoenix area. In this role you will be responsible for duties such as installing, pulling, dressing, and zip tying cables. 

Background Knowledge

• Install, maintain, and repair internet systems
• Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable
• Install support structures, including cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, and other related structures
• Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly
• Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to pass a drug screen

Work Environment

• TSMC Fabs
• Clean Rooms (will have to wear bunny suit)
• Heights- 25 to 30 ft ceilings with lifts and ladders
• IDF closets

Positions Available

Entry Level (No prior experience needed): $19-20 

Tech 1 (6 months prior experience in low voltage): $21-22

Tech 2 (1 year prior experience in low voltage): $23-25

Tech 3 (Can pull, terminate, test coper and fiber cables, knows rack installation): $26

Additional

Project is located North Phoenix. Off the 303 and I-17 

Hours 5am start. 8 hour shifts, Monday- Friday 40 hours a week
