Empower Students as a Social Worker in Anoka, MN

ProCare Therapy is seeking compassionate and qualified School Social Workers to join a supportive school district in Anoka, MN. With multiple openings available, this is your chance to work collaboratively with educators and families to help students overcome challenges and thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

• Location: Anoka, MN
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Contract Duration: ASAP June 6, 2024
• Positions: Multiple openings; specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview

• Provide individual and group counseling to address students social and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to promote student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a positive support network for students.
• Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, offering recommendations for student accommodations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.

• Masters degree in Social Work (required).
• Licensed Social Worker with certification from the Minnesota Department of Education (required).
• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
