Details:

• Location: Bridgeport, CT
• Full Time (37.5 hrs/wk)
• ASAP Start Date
• MSW Required
• Multiple Openings to be Discussed During Interview

Requirements

• Master's degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to accurately identify mental health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Understanding of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and effective counseling techniques
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and diagnostic evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, empathy, and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Interviews are generally conducted via Zoom. Depending on the circumstances, pay is negotiable and usually experience-based. We encourage renewal for all contracts, and even permanent opportunities if you find that the role is a good fit for you.
