Job Summary:
A Marketing Project Coordinator at GEA is responsible for assisting in a wide range of marketing and public relations projects with the North American Farm Technologies division. This dynamic role involves creating support materials for our dealer network and end-customers that are consistent with global and local marketing strategies.
Project Coordination
- Initiate, plan, and execute marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and projects remain within budget.
- Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between teams and marketing stakeholders, ensuring all collateral and communications align with company strategy and branding.
- Plan, execute, and attend corporate trade shows and events across North America, managing logistics, personnel scheduling, layout design, and KPI tracking.
- Provide support for dealer events as needed.
- Maintain marketing infrastructures, including media banks, photo databases, and marketing folders.
- Assist external distribution and dealer networks with marketing materials and the co-op advertising program.
- Create and update compliant brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and other literature using tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Oversee the printing and distribution of marketing materials, either in-house or through third-party vendors.
- Produce video and animation files in-house or in collaboration with third parties, adhering to corporate marketing and communication standards.
- Ensure assets are suitable for use in sales tools, social media, events, and other visual marketing efforts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or 1-5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Communication and Coordination: Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive Work Ethic: Independent and self-motivated, with a strong capacity to initiate and manage tasks and activities.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Skilled in creating visually appealing marketing collateral using tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Video Creation and Editing: Proficient in basic video production and editing, capable of producing a wide range of engaging video content.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing ability, adept at crafting clear, persuasive, and engaging content for various formats.
- Market Insight: In-depth understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape to inform effective marketing strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) to support marketing and administrative tasks.
