Job Description:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy.
- Assist patients and their families in understanding and adjusting to diagnoses and potential treatments.
- Identify resources for patients during treatment and post-discharge.
- Design and implement treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of patients' symptoms and all available data.
- Participate in referral development and team processes.
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide education, resources, and support for patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Engage in timely and efficient discharge planning, working closely with patients' families, nursing staff, and attending physicians.
- Complete progress notes and assessments as per program procedures.
- Actively measure and communicate patient performance and results to supervisors and treatment team members.
- Participate as an active member of interdisciplinary and treatment teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Communicate effectively with professional and support staff for positive patient outcomes.
- Manage emotions such as anger, fear, and hostility in oneself and others.
- Possess crisis prevention experience.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Work Conditions:
