Machine / Blender Operator Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Carry out production, inspection, packaging and machine operation duties

• Build production batches for your shift and following shift

• Use digital scale to weigh small amounts

• Watch for visual problems with ingredients

• Make sure paperwork is correct

• Operate forklift

• Wash and sanitize blenders, sifters, mills and floors when needed

• Operate manual machinery and oversee automated machines

• Run test products to ensure quality and accuracy of production meets the set standard

• Oversee machines, belts, any moving pieces, etc. during the production process and adjust speed and/or movements as needed

• Observe and monitor input/output, accuracy, and efficiency of the machine

• Keep a daily activity log of production notes (including totals, defects, etc.)

• Follow state health and safety regulations by wearing required equipment and protection as needed

• Present finished pieces to management for review or customers for purchase

• Dispose of and/or recycle any waste in line with company and state environmental policy

Machine / Blender Operator Shift Info

• Nights 11:00 pm - 11:30 am

• Friday - Monday

Machine / Blender Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Machine Operator experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Able to pass a background check
