Project Management Office (PMO) Job at Robert Half in Newark

An area educational institution based in northern New Jersey is currently seeking a Workday ERP Consultant to lead an end-to-end ERP implementation. The Workday ERP Consultant will drive the process from selection, through the design, and ultimate implementation of the Workday ERP. The Workday ERP Consultant will oversee 2-3 project managers, counsel stakeholders on decisions related to configuration, function, budgets, and general framework. The ideal Workday ERP Consultant will have handled at least one full scale Workday implementation, and will also have experience working in the higher education sector (colleges / universities).

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management Office role within the Higher Education sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Strong knowledge of budget processes and financial planning

• Demonstrated experience in change management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven track record in program management and leading teams

• Experience in managing a Program Management Office

• Familiarity with Workday ERP and Workday Integration is required

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

• PMP certification is a plus
