Responsibilities:The Job
- We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to be our next Legal Secretary.
- What would a legal secretary do? Legal secretaries are integral members of our firm who are responsible for building relationships with former, current and potential new clients whenever they call or visit our office.
- Their primary goal is to answer calls, manage appointments, and provide an exceptional experience for anyone interacting with our firm.
The Essentials
- You must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- You must have a High School Diploma.
- College or university credits are preferred.
- One (1) year of experience working in an office setting is required but need not be a law firm. A college degree can be substituted for one (1) year of office work experience.
- You must embody positivity and uplift those around you. If you see the glass as half full, you’re the kind of person we want to connect with!
- You must have a solid understanding and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, at the very least.
- You must be organized, pay attention to details, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- You must be a team player. We are strong believers in the team approach and our office is a team environment.
- You must be able to engage with others in a courteous and knowledgeable way that helps them feel comfortable.
- You must show kindness and understanding.
