Snowflake's Sales Strategy & Business Operations team is seeking a Product GTM Strategy Manager to help define and drive the company's go-to-market strategy for its Data Engineering and Analytics products. This is a high-stakes individual contributor role in which you will identify trends, provide recommendations, and lead initiatives to execute the go-to-market strategy for these products. You will partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams and work collaboratively to put in place new processes and best practices required for go-to-market success.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Formulate the GTM Strategy for Data Engineering & Analytics products by bringing together current product priorities, internal and external data, customer behaviors, market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive threats.
Drive cross-functional alignment and change management related to the GTM Strategy with leadership across sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.
Serve as the sales strategy business partner for teams driving execution on the ground e.g., sales specialists, technical specialists, account executives.
Drive integration of Data Engineering and Analytics strategies into Snowflake's core GTM motions e.g., interlock with industry, partner, finance, etc.
Manage major relevant strategic initiatives across the CRO org e.g., GTM integration of new Data Engineering acquisitions, incubation of new use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify implications for broader GTM architecture e.g., customer segmentation, sales plays/campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, etc.
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years in roles such as corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or GTM/sales strategy.
Strong understanding of core GTM operations in a B2B technology environment e.g., sales, marketing, revenue operations.
Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities while working across multiple business units. Experience with post-merger GTM integrations is a plus.
Sufficient technical understanding to drive conversations with engineers and product owners on topics like cloud data platforms, data engineering, data lakes, etc.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Experience with business modeling; operational, financial, and statistical analysis.
Experience with data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required).
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
MBA or a similar advanced degree preferred.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $215,200.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
