About the role:
We are looking for a creative People Experience Program Manager who prioritizes employee experience. This individual will have a keen eye for creating productive environments for employees and will have experience curating technical onboarding programs and organization-wide learning and development programs from start to finish. They will identify critical gaps and needs in the employee lifecycle, fostering productivity and innovation. This role allows for significant impact in a high-growth organization committed to a greener future, playing a key role in cultivating a culture that attracts diverse, mission-aligned talent.
What you should have:
- 5+ years of work experience within People Programs, HR, consulting, or a related field
- Experience creating initiatives for new employee onboarding, manager development, inclusion and diversity, and future talent pipelines (e.g., interns)
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for employee development and implement high-impact solutions
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple complex stakeholder relationships, and execute at a high level of quality
- Creativity in resource management in startup-like environments
- A strong preference for innovation, iteration, and redefining great learning programs
- Ability to use data to define and track success, prioritize, and influence leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
It’d be great if you had these:
- Deep facilitation experience at all levels of leadership and new hire audiences
- Ability to draft communications and build presentations for various purposes
- A “builder” mentality and ability to work under ambiguity while delivering relevant learning programs
- Ability to illustrate the impact of people programs through data and alignment with business priorities
- A passion for decarbonizing the electric grid
Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
