The Director, Client Management will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across Epsilon's data, tech, and media. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Lead, this role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
As a Director, Client Management, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Client Associates to deliver integrated solutions, negotiate contracts and pricing, and develop and manage client success plans. Your ability to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and provide strategic guidance will be essential in contributing to Epsilon's overall success.

Who You Are
A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally with a proven track record in client management.
A strategic thinker who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, leveraging the full potential of Epsilon’s data, tech, and media solutions.
A consultative seller with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels.
A collaborative leader passionate about team development and achieving collective goals.
A data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
An adept negotiator skilled at securing mutually beneficial outcomes.
A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, readily identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Pay Range: $122,250 - $203,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
