Our client, a venture-backed construction tech startup, is revolutionizing the industry with their innovative integration platform. They're seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team in San Francisco. The Role: You'll be a crucial player in accelerating revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead technical demos, support the sales process, and become the go-to expert for the product's technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical demos and follow-up conversations with prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral and product documentation.
- Partner with Sales to address technical questions and handle objections.
- Support customer onboarding and implementation processes.
- Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Product, or Engineering roles.
- Strong technical aptitude (experience with APIs, SQL, Postman, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Startup experience preferred (Seed/Series A/Series B).
- Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco (5 days/week).
Compensation:
- Base: $120k - $185k.
- Equity: 0.05% - 0.20%.
- Full benefits package.
