The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate - IP Litigation to join a premier team in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the chance to work on complex intellectual property cases, leveraging your expertise to contribute to impactful litigation efforts. Your skills will be integral to advancing the success of the team and clients.

What You'll Do

1. Represent clients in high-stakes intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
2. Develop innovative legal strategies and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings.
3. Manage PTAB disputes and support trial and appeal preparations.
4. Collaborate with a talented team to tackle cutting-edge legal challenges.

What You Bring to the Table

1. Experience: Law school graduate from 2018-2021 with prior IP or patent litigation experience.
2. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields is highly preferred.
3. Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and communication abilities.
4. Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are highly regarded.
