The job
At All Access Equipment, the CFO is responsible for the financial planning and day to day financial operations of the company. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO works with the COO and company departments to achieve the financial goals of the company through budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, reporting, and daily financial operations. As a manager, the CFO is responsible for leading the accounting team and ensuring efficient financial operations. As an executive leader, the CFO will ensure financial regulatory and tax compliance as well as ensure clear and fast financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the financing and accounting teams
- Providing strategic business and financial recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive team
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Ensure strong relationship and good communication with CMC Italy
- Provide oversight, guidance, and management of all statutory financial filings
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance
- Manage company debt financing tools and relationships
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning
- Establish and develop relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Review all formal finance related procedures
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations through analysis and forecasting
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Oversee the company’s finance and accounting system
- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts
- Supervise all financial personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA preferred
- Previous experience as a Senior Financial Manager or controller is preferred
- Experience developing and managing budgets and forecasts of a business with annual revenues greater than $30 million
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- In depth knowledge of interstate tax requirements
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proven experience generating and reviewing financial statements
- Proven experience generating real-time reporting of daily financial position
- Must be tenacious
- The ability to maintain a fast and accurate pace at work
- Strong leadership skills
- Value company success
- Have a sense of urgency for company goals and missions
- Experience handing yearly outside financial audit with major accounting firms
- Experience with consolidated balance sheets and financial statements
- Hands on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, or Accounting Seed

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience with the finance industry
- MBA, CFA, CPA are preferred
- Experience in heavy equipment or other manufacturing related industries
