Description:
We are currently hiring a Full-Time School Social Worker to join a dynamic educational team in Schiller Park, IL. The role will require the professional to work with both elementary and middle school caseloads3.5 days with elementary students and 1.5 days with middle school students. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Social Work and hold state certification as a School Social Worker. Interviews are scheduled for this week, so apply quickly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to elementary and middle school students.
• Offer counseling services for students with emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to develop effective support plans for students.
• Create and implement interventions for students with behavioral challenges.
• Support the school community through participation in school meetings and educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (required).
• Illinois State Certification as a School Social Worker (required).
• Experience with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time (30+ hours per week)
Schedule: 3.5 days with Elementary, 1.5 days with Middle School
