Job Description:
The HR Generalist will play a vital role in overseeing a broad range of HR functions and initiatives. This position is crucial for fostering a productive and engaging workplace, ensuring HR processes align with business objectives, and driving company success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support and manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding for multiple sites.
- Collaborate with regional and site managers to align HR processes with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, facilitating policy implementation.
- Lead employee recognition, engagement programs, and succession planning efforts.
- Conduct employee investigations, handle unemployment claims, and analyze HR data.
- Coordinate and lead discussions with senior management to address HR issues.
- Travel up to 20% within the U.S. as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related HR experience, preferably in a multi-site, manufacturing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
