Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with Industrial Electrical Background to join our team. It is a short term project . The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate’s experience. This position involves working closely with our recruitment team to schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain recruitment data. You will also be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with timely updates and information. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help identify qualified candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be updating existing building plans, electrical layout and routing, electrical systems (PDU’s, Environmental controls, MAU’s, PLC’s and other facilities management systems, as well as mechanical systems such as air abatement (HVAC), piping layout plans and clash testing, structural support and piping support, compressors, etc.)
-The recruiting coordinator will be provided with high level training on systems and provided with pre-qualification questions to properly vet potential candidates as well as create questions to reduce unqualified candidates
-Possible candidates come from a technical trade school with certifications and 2 years’ experience, or a community college with an AS degree, or a university with a 4yr degree in one of the following principles (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management.
-The recruiting coordinator will work with the talent acquisition manager in placement and creation of ads, initial contact of candidates for qualification and vetting, works with talent acquisition team and hiring managers
Requirements:
-The recruiting coordinator must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
-At least 1 year of experience using talent acquisition tools for placement of adds such as LinkedIn, indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
-Must be highly organized and have a high level of detail, must be able to communicate Clearly.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system
