This Shipping & Receiving Cross Dock Associate, reporting to the Director of Inventory Control & Projects, will work with Inbound and Outbound Managers. We are seeking a "hands-on" employee who is commitment to our company values of Dedication, Teamwork and Commitment to Growth.

This Shipping & Receiving Cross Dock Associate, reporting to the Director of Inventory Control & Projects, will work with Inbound and Outbound Managers. We are seeking a "hands-on" employee who is commitment to our company values of Dedication, Teamwork and Commitment to Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with others in a positive manner
- Relentless ability to continuously improve processes
- Communicating, problem solving, and collaborating with Supervision, Management, and Systems
- Ensuring all shift closing procedures are followed and adhered to
- Performing standard Cross-Dock functions, such as: Lumping, pallet breakdown, product segregation, invoicing, load transfers, ramping, etc
Position Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations knowledge required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a cross-dock facility
- Fast and efficient typing
- Proficient with ExcelAS400/NCR Systems is a plus.
- Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
