Full-Time Head Custodian

(building as assigned)

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Custodial Experience
• High School Diploma.
• Meet requirements for a background check and fingerprinting.

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Oversee the cleaning and minor repair of the building to include supervision of afternoon custodian.
• Work cooperatively with all building head custodians.
• General cleaning, lawn work, snow removal, minor plumbing repair, working at heights on ladders and other platforms, ordering supplies, working with cleaning chemicals, and painting.
• Minor repairs/remodel as needed with support and supervision.
• Must be able to handle push, pull or lift weights of at least fifty (50) pounds.
• Supervision of areas where students are present as needed.
• Willingness to obtain CDL and provide support to the transportation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent and/or designee.

Salary: As per negotiated district contract.
