doing whats right , every time. We are Nourishing a Brighter Future. Job Summary Lead a dynamic team in Mercersburg, PA. Deliver premier foodservice, ensuring detailed experiences for clients and guests. Promote balanced practices and nutrition education. Key Responsibilities:
Leads all P&L and budgeting aspects of the account Runs day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring ambitious goals are met Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations Coordinates scheduling, payroll, and team training Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments Collaborates with the Chef and management team to build outstanding menus and provide top-quality food Successfully executes new culinary programs in collaboration with the Company marketing and culinary team Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent experience Five years of foodservice operation experience High volume production and catering experience is critical Proven experience leading a budget Desire to learn and grow with a remarkable foodservice company
