3rd Shift- 11 am - 7 pm

As a Team Lead, you will oversee the production process and ensure the efficient operation of a single Production Line. To succeed in this role, you must learn all tasks within the work area and perform them safely, including setup, quality checks, and other job-specific functions.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain ability to perform all operations in your areas

-Ensure that all team members in your area of responsibility properly wear the required P.P.E. and that safety checks, policies, and practices are consistently performed and followed correctly.

-Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the area by adhering to established 5S methods and ensure that the end-of-shift cleanup is completed.

-Communicate any safety issues or risks to the supervisor, while maintaining clear communication between assembly cell operators and management. Relay problems, concerns, issues, and opportunities to supervisors promptly.

-Ensure all members of the team in their area are following S.O.P.’s.

-Ensure all required quality checks are completed amd required paperwork is filled out correctly

-Oversees training of new associates, ensures they are being trained properly and meet training requirements.

-Monitor scrap and downtime and ensure rates.goals are being met

-All other duties may be assigned by supervisor

-Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

-At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Ability to lift up to 50lb

- Ability to stand/walk, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms; Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

-Positive attitude and ability to lead a team

-Attention to detail

-Basic computer and math skills
