Etz Hayim owns and operates the brands Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals, as well as a sprawling operation that spans from farming over 300 acres of hemp, extraction, chemical processing, packaging and warehousing to support both brands and private label customers.

We are on a mission to make THC convenient, affordable, and fun by making a sessionable THC beverage the same price as a beer or soda. We want to change the way THC is consumed and viewed by our society by focusing on lower potency, ready to drink beverages that can easily fit into anyone's lifestyle. Under the Federal Farm Bill it is legal to sell these low potency THC products across all 50 states via the internet, and anywhere you can grab a beer

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Portland. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in our warehouse environment. This position will lead and train warehouse staff, manage inventory control, and enhance operational workflows to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee overall warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, movement, cleanliness, kitting, RTS, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure timely and accurate kitting of Production Work Orders.
  • Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, consolidate results for reporting, and resolve any discrepancies through root cause analysis.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and allocations across multiple platforms
  • Ensure inbound items are received and stored correctly and promptly.
  • Provide daily stock level reporting
  • Supervise and manage team members to meet safety, productivity, quality, and cultural goals.
  • Oversee the RTS (return-to-stock) process, ensuring all products are properly counted and stored in a timely manner.
  • Ensure shuttle shipments are shipped and received to prevent spoilage.
  • update allocated inventory in sales channels on a daily basis.
  • Manage the complete returns process and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with the analytics department on ERP process implementations related to inventory control.
  • Drive team member engagement through recognition, performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with other department leaders to address process gaps and communication issues.
  • Take ownership of warehouse systems, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvement and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder for system improvement and frunctionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, including cycle counting and logistics operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards in warehousing operations.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, ERP software, and a willingness to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
