Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

🔹 Supervise payroll processing and ensure accurate administration of 401(k) benefits

🔹 Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with non-profit standards

🔹 Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end close processes

🔹 Collaborate with leadership on grant management, funding strategies, and financial planning

🔹 Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork

🔹 Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant non-profit regulations

Requirements:

💼 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

💼 3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

💼 Experience in payroll and benefit administration, especially 401(k) management

💼 Strong understanding of non-profit financial management and reporting

💼 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

💼 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
