ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of three years of experience performing an executive assistant or administrative role.

Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of executive management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence; respond or direct inquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other correspondence; ensure proper organization of documents (both physical and digital).
- Schedule, organize, and assist in the preparation for internal and external meetings, including handling logistics, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with various ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing materials, and tracking deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, or team-building activities, both virtual and in-person.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining trust and professionalism.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of three years of experience performing an executive assistant or administrative role.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently and independently.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with excel and other system applications.
- Experience with executive-level scheduling and calendar management.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Non-Manufacturing:
- Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
- Requires standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift boxes/materials weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Requires telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other employees and customers.
- Ability to read, write, listen, and communicate effectively.
