Company: ITL USA Requisition ID: 126941BR Position: Amazon Connect Technology Architect Infosys is seeking an Amazon Connect Technology Architect. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Providence, RI OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. 7 years hands-on application development experience using AWS services to design telephony solutions – Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, Lambda Layers, Dynamo DB, S3, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, Quick Sight, Route53, CloudFront, API Gateway, VPC, KMS, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS, Cognito, KMS, WAF, Data Sync, CloudTrail, etc. 7+ years of strong programming experience in Lambda development using Java, NodeJS, and Python. 5+ years of knowledge and experience in designing CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with Maven and Terraform. Experience in REST and SOAP APIs development including security design. Ability to drive project efforts and collaborate with multiple teams within the organization. Go-getter attitude and curiosity to learn new skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong experience in serverless IaC – Terraform and/or CloudFormation. Ability to produce/change architecture artifacts (L0/L1) required for the project. Preferred Qualifications: At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Min 7+ years of overall experience in front-end technologies and responsive web design. Ability to communicate and implement front-end best practices. Onsite/offshore coordination experience. Proven experience in DevOps, pipelines, and deployments. Strong awareness of quality standards and NFRs. Knowledge in using performance testing tools. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
