A local community medical center is searching for a motivated Hospital Assistant Chief Financial Officer who has experience working in an acute care hospital. This will be an exciting opportunity to join a 100+ bed medical center in Arizona and lead a new team. This non-profit, rural hospital has received recognition for it's high quality care and patient satisfaction.
The ACFO will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic planning. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will collaborate closely with executive leadership and departmental managers.
TheHospital Assistant Chief Financial Officer will bring a high level of skill and knowledge to a diverse department with a variety of responsibilities. The ACFO will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic planning. The Director will work towards goals that increase the profitability and overall growth of this health system. The Senior Director of Finance will develop detailed initiatives and will implement plans which support effective budgeting and accurate financial planning. The Assistant Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will lead a team who is responsible for the accurate management of accounting, payroll and the hospital’s long term growth.
