Term: Year-round

Essential Job Duties:
1. Oversee the college's recruitment of staff employees.
- Lead the efforts to support the college's employment and recruitment of non-
faculty employees in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
and regulations - Collaborate with hiring managers and members of the President's Leadership
Team to fill job vacancies and manage changes in current employees' roles - Establish and maintain ongoing relationships and communication with hiring
managers and campus partners - Review, revise and create job descriptions; post and source job openings via
applicant tracking system, Oracle; create and send offer and employment letters - Perform administrative functions and processes, ensuring that the recruiting
teams meets the highest standards of compliance and that employment-related
tasks are performed on a timely basis - Advise search committees and administrators on sourcing and selecting
candidates, including providing guidance on job descriptions, job postings and
advertising, recruiting diverse candidates, interviewing techniques, and checking
references and backgrounds - Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes
and related paperwork
- Provide coaching, advice and strategic direction throughout the hiring process to
improve efficiencies in hiring and and the quality of new hires - Partner with other members of the HR team to implement and test information
and processes of the new Employee Information System (EIS), Oracle; drive strategy initiatives associated with the platform
- Provide recommendations for wage rates and pay grades
- Assist with annual compensation planning
- Create annual salary letters
- Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of
view to build a strong and inclusive community - Complete and meet deadlines for required training and performance management cycle
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years' experience in talent acquisition/recruiting or relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience with Google Tools
- 1+ year of experience using job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR
hiring
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 4+ years of recruiting experience or as a human resources generalist;
- experience using Infor and/or Oracle Cloud; experience with a systems implementation
