Position:Data Entry Clerk

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: Pattern Promotions We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our data management processes, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data records in our database systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our data is precise and readily available for analysis and reporting purposes.  

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in data cleanup and correction of discrepancies as identified.
  • Prepare and generate reports based on data entered and maintained.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance data collection processes and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with data entry and record keeping in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
