The Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery of Luxury Estate Home projects that are at least $10M in construction cost including; overall site safety, scheduling and management of subcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects.

Description

  • Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain site logistics plan
  • Deliver the perfect home to clients with only the best finishes
  • Conduct quality inspections
  • Monitor costs, including labor time and material
  • Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
  • Prepare and submit Daily Reports
  • Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Profile

  • 10+ years of High-End Construction Experience
  • Ultra Luxury Estate Home Construction - $20M - $40M
  • Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software
  • OSHA-30 Certification preferred
  • Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Expertise with Level 5 Finishes and 0 punch
  • Strong attention to detail and client care.
