General Summary: This role performs services related to document conversion, document destruction, records management, and storage, as well as mailroom functions. The position requires following clearly detailed specific procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence. Familiarity with the terminology of the office unit is necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
Experience Requirement: Minimum two (2) years of work experience, one of which is directly related.

Familiarity with the terminology of the office unit is necessary.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assigned to specific production work as needed.
- Makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of guides and manuals.
- Document scanning.
- Transfers in/out files and physical interfiling.
- Perform basic computer work.
- May perform data entry to update reports and databases.
- May answer and record incoming phone requests.
- Use Rails for back-to-stacks operations and process requests for files.
- Batch audit/electronic merging of files.
- Loads and unloads boxes of files from trucks and shelving.
- Must meet and maintain production and quality goals.
- Abides by all company safety regulations.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Requirement: Minimum two (2) years of work experience, one of which is directly related.
Other Requirement(s):
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as needed.
- Be able to pass a post-offer employment physical abilities test.
- Be able to pass government background security clearance check (includes a credit check), as needed.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Government public trust security level clearance.
- Be a U.S. Citizen.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, applies common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills.
- Reading and keyboard skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Position requires the ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds repetitively.
- Position requires the ability to push/pull, transport objects using assistive equipment on a repetitive basis.
- Must have mental ability to concentrate on fine detail such as daily report reconciliation.
