We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Supervisor role with a 12-hour schedule and a three-day workweek. Compensation for this opportunity is negotiable! Interested? What you’ll do as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Incorporates safety and health in all jobs and tasks
• Supervise the maintenance crew and provide production support
• Create work orders and conduct preventative maintenance (PM)tasks including
  • Lubricating and replacing components
  • Performing inspections and forklift maintenance
• Installing new equipment and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
• Identify and address operational issues to minimize their impact on production.
• Cooperate with all departments to ensure a coordinated work relationship
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records such as timecards, downtime records, and absentee records

What you need to be a Maintenance Supervisor:

• 2+ years in maintenance or combination of education and training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Basic experience with mechanics, welding, electrical work, fabrication, boilers, or refrigeration
• Familiarity with safety regulations (FDA, OSHA, and USDA)
