Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Baldwin Park, CA!

They are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team. If you desire weekly pay, the opportunity to gain admirable experience with a reputable company, then this is the job for you!.

 

100% Onsite: 1011 Baldwin Park Blvd. Baldwin Park, CA

Must be able to work 8hr shifts/40hrs./wk.- within the following hours: Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Daily Job Details:

  • Reports and presentations

  • Maintain established databases

  • Maintains supervisor's calendar, arranges appointments, meetings.

  • Establishes/maintains departmental filing system.

  • May take minutes at a variety of meetings; distribute agenda and follow-up materials.

  • Reconciles invoices and does expense reports.

Qualifications:

1-2yrs of related experience (Administrative/Office Support)

  • Experience with calendaring for leadership, Expense Reports
  • Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
