As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities

• Answer dealership phones, greet and receive prospects and customers.
• Direct guests to the correct department and make introductions as needed.
• Help in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales department as needed.
• Maintain levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Compensation
Expected rate is $17.00 / hour
