Job Responsibilities:
  • Support to VP and Other Leaders: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and other senior leaders as needed.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Onsite and Offsite Scheduling: Plan and schedule onsite and offsite meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
  • Presentation and Document Preparation: Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage small projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with prior experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
